  • Write, edit, and stick to deadlines for client check-ins, wrap-ups, and impact reports.

  • Project manage and prioritize multiple events and tasks at once.

Hands On Atlanta Week & MLK Days of Service

  • Similar to our custom corporate projects, these are our signature fundraising weeks. (These projects are typically larger in scope and scale.)

  • Manage, maintain, and build client relationships.

  • Organize and communicate multiple events with corporate clients, nonprofit partners, internal managers, vendors, and external stakeholders (like Board members and elected officials.)

  • Maintain and balance budgets, margins, costs of goods and revenue to effectively execute events and raise funds for the organization.

Task Leader Training

  • Recruit and train volunteers to serve as leaders during our events.

  • Create and update training materials to support our volunteer leaders.

  • Organize a database of task leaders and all-star volunteers.

Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with our Hands On Atlanta partners to gain a better understanding of their needs and opportunities for deeper partnerships.

  • Grow our list of vendors and event partners to scale our capacity and create more impactful projects.
